P The scheduled dates for the Fall and Spring Intake Process are listed below. Local chairs should submit their planned Intake Cluster dates to the District Director by the indicated deadlines. Failure to submit Cluster dates by the deadline may result in non-approval of the planned Intake. ALL DEADLINES must be strictly adhered to.
Any special intake consideration must be approved by the Regional Vice President and communicated to the Director of Membership Intake. All applications for an approved special intake period must be sent to the Corporate Headquarters two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the Leadership Weekend.
